esta muy bueno la dificultad esta muy bien un poco mas de vida a los jefes y que el primero repita mas la lluvia de acido
el segudo jefe podria soltar proyectiles al cambiar de face todo lo demas esta bastante bien

Welcome to the demo!!!

Cosmic Surge is a 4 player local co-op, bossrush game inspired by Metal Slug in which four soldiers are sent to neutralize a creature that has emerged on an island. After killing the creature they are teleported to different universes. Our protagonists fight against 6 unique bosses ranging from mutated animals to factions fighting for control of the multiverse. Soon you will be able to download this short and sweet experience, and play with your friends locally.

Cosmic Surge es un juego cooperativo local de 4 jugadores, bossrush inspirado por Metal Slug en el cual cuatro soldados son enviados a exterminar una creatura que ha aparecido en un isla en el caribe. Luego de exterminar la creatura nuestros protagonistas son teletransportados a diferentes universos. Nuestros protagonistas ahora deben pelear contra 6 bosses, desde animales gigantes mutados, hasta facciones peleando por el control del multiverso. Pronto podras descargar este juego y jugar localmente con tus amigos.

Playable Characters:

Zero:

He used to be a demolition specialist. During his tenure, he achieved zero enemy deaths and three injuries among his former squad members. After this unfortunate sequence of events he was demoted and made leader of a new team of demoted soldiers, "The Cerberus Team"; a team called in to be cannon fodder for any situation. He may be slightly incompetent, but he's got the spirit! He's armed with his trusty handgun, mostly because he forgot most of his equipment.

Kasper:

A close-quarters-combat specialist. He always loved to act all tough and confident until him and his comrades started to lose the fight, in which case he used to panic and leave his teammates as soon as possible. He managed to set the record for most desertions in his career as a soldier. This also caused him to be demoted multiple times landing him a position as second in command on "The Cerberus Team". He brings his trusty shotgun, Ol' reliable.

Blaze:

She always wanted to be a pilot. Her biggest dream was to fly across the world. Sadly she never had the patience to go to flight school, that never stopped her though. She snuck into an airfield and managed to get into a plane crashing it moments later, she was captured, sneaking and stealing an aircraft from under the military's noses was impressive and the military saw her potential, so instead of giving her 25 years to life they made her join The Cerberus Team. She was given akimbo pistols. She's quick on her feet and can move faster than her team members and can also jump higher. This could be really helpful... or it could cause her downfall.

Razor:

A combat medic that earned his callsign due to getting hungry at the smell of cauterized flesh... He brought his trusty flamethrower to battle to smell that sweet, sweet aroma once more.

Hello everyone! Hope you enjoyed Christmas, its been a month since my last post, but I have some good news! The friend that was helping me with the music of the game managed to get everything working and we are working on releasing a demo in February!

The good news are that I will be working on devlog videos for the game. I have no release date for the first video but it will come soon. In the mean time here are some sprites from a boss phase rework Im working on! Again Im sorry for the delay.

Hello everyone, I've got some bad news regarding the music for the game. My friend's pc recently got broken, he was working on the music for the game, and he lost all progress. This means that the game will be delayed. But there are also some good news!

Hola a todos, gracias por su ayuda recientemente. Al juego solo le falta unos cuantos meses solamente. Mayormente musica y sonidos. Este semestre de universidad ya mismo termina lo cual significa que puedo concentrarme en terminar el juego.

Hello everyone, thanks for you recent support! The game only has a couple of months until it is done. Mostly sound effects and music left. This semester of university is almost done too, which means that I can focus on completing the game during christmas

He estado trabajando en dos de los ultimos tres bosses. Solo les falta la ultima fase y despues de eso el boss final. Luego de eso todo el tiempo de desarrollo sera enfocado en la musica y los sonidos y el juego esta hecho.

A quick update, I have been working on two of the last three bosses and they both only need one more phase each. After that only the final boss is left and then most of the develompent time will be focused on music and sound effects.

It's been a month since the last update, I apologize for the wait, I have been working on balancing the bosses and making some visual improvements. I feel I can have a playable build by February. Just two more bosses and a bonus minibuss rush to go!

I believe at most this game is going to take is one year if everything goes wrong, so I really believe there are only a couple of months of development left if everything goes smoothly. Im working on the last 2 bosses and development has been smooth.
